Conditions for the use of online appointment

Appointments for non-urgent and semi-urgent consultations with your family physician or a nurse practitioner (NP) may be available online at any time of day. You can check for available time slots by clicking on the hyperlink below (Book my appointment online). If no appointments are available, you may contact your physician’s secretary.

If your medical condition requires immediate attention, please contact 811 right away or go to the emergency department of a hospital.

A confirmation of your appointment will be sent to you 24 hours in advance. It is important to provide your phone number or email address when booking your appointment.

Terms of Use:

You must be a patient of the clinic to access online appointment booking.
You may book an appointment for yourself or for another person, provided they are a patient of the clinic. In such cases, the appointment must be booked under the name of the person who will be seen, not your own.

PLEASE NOTE

We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to a later date with your family physician or another healthcare professional at the clinic, depending on the reason for your consultation. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that no form of violence toward members of the Clinique Médicale de Coaticook team will be tolerated.

Failure to comply with any of these terms of use will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment. By using the online booking service below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to comply with these terms of use.
