Conditions for the use of online appointment
The clinic accepts all appointments online except for major emergencies. If this is the case, the system will mention it to you.
Rules of use:
1. You must be a patient (s) of the clinic to have access to online appointments.
2. You can make an appointment for yourself or for another patient of the clinic (eg children, spouse, parents) who authorizes you to be added to your account. In this case, you need to make the appointment not in your name, but in the name of the associated account.
3. Conversely, if your child or spouse is not patient at the clinic but you are, you can not make an appointment in your name for the clinic. In this case, your appointment will be automatically canceled.
Please note that in order to improve access to appointments for all patients ofthe clinic, the family physician can transfer your appointment to the nurse practitioner if the case can be seen by her and that appointments for other patients are missing. You will then be notified of the appointment modification by e-mail.
